The Diocese of Ballarat through DOBCEL (Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited), offers a Family Fee Assistance Scheme to assist families in sending their children to Catholic primary schools. Families who qualify for the scheme will pay a discounted fee of $520 per annum for school tuition fees. Please note, this discounted fee covers tuition and capital fees only. It does not cover additional fees such as student fees, technology, excursion or outdoor education fees. 

The Victorian Government offers a Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) providing payments of $125 per eligible primary school student per year, to attend camps, sporting events and excursions.

Families who hold a valid means tested Health Care Card, Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or Veteran Affairs Pensioner Card are eligible for this financial assistance. Please see the attached brochures for further information.
